Course duration :
For Level II training meets 40 hours where the experience shall consist of time at Level I or equivalent.
For Level II training meets 80 hours where the experience without Level I.
Course content :
Ultrasonic principles, Equipment, Aplication of testing, Calibration block and Reference standard, Test result interpretation, Standard, Codes and Procedure of UT.
The course in accordance with SNT TC 1A, ASNT Study Guide, ASME V, VIII, B31.3, ASTM A435, A578, API 1104 and AWS D1.1.
Certification requirements:
The minimum duration for experience in Ultrasonic Testing to claim the certification is:
- Level I – 210 hours
- Level II – 630 hours (with level I) and 840 hours (without level I)
Note : Minimum 10 participants of each training classroom and possibility do not running in accordance with the schedule above
